LEAD Network is a dynamic non-profit, volunteer-led organisation, run by and for our members. Our purpose is to connect, partner with, enable and inspire men and women in the European Retail & CPG Industry to create a future of inclusion and gender equality at all levels.

At LEAD Network we believe in creating more sustainable value by leveraging the full talent pool, meaning we strive for the advancement of women of every race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, educational background, national origin, religion, physical ability and lifestyle.

Our team supports the corporate partners and members of the LEAD Network with energy, passion, and humility, all underpinned by a drive to achieve gender equality in our industry and beyond. We thrive in a fully remote working environment and welcome members, partners, volunteers, and staff members from across Europe and the globe.
