Nikhil Sahay

Nikhil Sahay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and growth management, currently serving as Manager: Strategy and Growth at LEAD School since November 2021, after progressing from the role of Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Nikhil held the position of Project Excellence cum Team Leader and Senior Finance Executive at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from February 2019 to November 2021. Nikhil began a career in the public sector as an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of External Affairs, India, from July 2015 to February 2019. Nikhil holds an Honors degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Sri Aurobindo College, completed in June 2015, and an Intermediate degree in the same field from Sunshine Preparatory/High School, completed in March 2012.
