Saloni Sharma

Saloni Sharma is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head HR at LEAD School, Saloni has successfully designed an organizational structure that doubled productivity and achieved 40% savings in manpower costs. Previously, at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Saloni held several key positions, notably as AVP - Sales HR (India) and Head HR (SAARC), where initiatives led to a significant reduction in early attrition and enhanced hiring efficiency. Saloni's earlier experience includes roles in talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits at Essar Group. Saloni began a career in HR with a summer internship at Hewitt Associates, focusing on performance management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis, a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com from Maharani College, Rajasthan University.
