Sweta Bordoloi

Sweta Bordoloi is currently the Associate Academic Excellence Director at LEAD School, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Sweta served as Regional Key Account Manager at Teachmint from October 2021 to February 2022 and as Head of Training and Development at Safety Troop for a brief period in mid-2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Pearson from March 2016 to March 2021, where roles included Regional Head and Deputy Manager in Service Delivery. Sweta also held various managerial positions at Next Education India Pvt Ltd from February 2011 to March 2016, Educomp Solutions Ltd from August 2009 to September 2010, and Jettwings Institute of Training from August 2007 to July 2009. Sweta holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Gauhati University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
