Paul W Smith

Paul W Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic oversight. Currently serving as Founding Partner at 7C Consociation since June 2020, Paul has also been the Chair and Non-Executive Director at LEAD Scotland since November 2017, where responsibilities include providing strategic financial updates and chairing the Finance Committee. Prior experience at RBS from June 1981 to December 2016 involved various roles, including Project Manager, Senior Change Analyst, Internal Audit Officer, and Bank Officer, where Paul managed key change projects and audits. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Edinburgh Napier University and is a member of The Chartered Banker Institute.
