Jose E. Puente

Jose E. Puente is an experienced professional with a career spanning over a decade. In 2018, they co-founded and became the CEO of gotmy, a company that developed and released an app for iPhone, Android and PC that enabled content creators and influencers to host and monetize virtual events with their followers and fans. In 2020, the technology evolved to a white label 3D environment that allowed big brands and influencers to have their own complete metaverse on their website.

Prior to this, Puente was an Advisor at ALISYS, a customer relationship solutions provider, and a Regulatory & Technology Consultant. Jose E. was also a Managing Partner at TALK-Q, a company that provides its customers with the tools to build strong and effective relationships with their customers.

Puente was also a Co-Founder of LEAD TELECOM, a US international telecommunications carrier, and a Participant Member at the Metaverse Standards Forum. Jose E. was an Independent Consultant at proSapient, a software platform that helps make better decisions, and at GERSON LEHRMAN GROUP, a private corporation venture-backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Silver Lake Partners.

Lastly, Puente was a Blockchain & Regulatory Advisor at BELIEVE, a FinTech group of companies, and a Technology & Regulatory Advisor at ECONECTIA UNIASSER, a telecom service provider. Jose E. was also a Business Development Advisor at NUBIBOX.

Jose E. Puente obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidade de Vigo between 1990 and 1997. In July 1998, they received a Licensed Telecommunications Engineer certification from the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers of Spain (www.coit.es).
