Alicia McCraw

Alicia McCraw, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Programming, Research & Media and Director of Community Programming at LEAD3R, beginning in January 2024. Concurrently, Alicia holds the position of Director at the TeamUP Foundation, promoting partnerships between nonprofit organizations and businesses to enhance educational access and economic opportunities for underinvested communities since March 2022. As a Producer for The Future of Teamwork since July 2022, Alicia focuses on the intersection of teamwork and innovation. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Community Programming at HUDDL3 Group and Market Research Analyst at UP Professional Solutions®. Alicia's academic background includes a PhD in Sociology and a B.A. in Sociology, both from Tulane University, where teaching and research roles were also undertaken.
