Andrew Uprichard is a Partner Coaching at LEAD3R, an executive coaching and organizational consulting firm. Prior to this role, Andrew held various leadership positions in the Royal Marines and the UK Ministry of Defence, including as a Royal Marines Officer and Chief of Staff. Andrew also has experience in strategic planning and program management in the U.S. Marine Corps and British Embassy in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Andrew has a background in coaching and received degrees in Spanish Language and Literature, Leadership and Management, and Military Operational Art and Science.
