Martin Flusberg

Martin Flusberg is an experienced professional currently serving as Board Chair at RainIons since December 2024, and as an Executive Advisor at LEAD3R since November 2023. Flusberg is also a Board Member at CIRQ+ and the Charles River Watershed Association, holding the position of Treasurer at the latter since November 2022. As a Consultant for SOAR Management Consulting Group and a Partner at Clean Energy Venture Group since 2023, Flusberg contributes extensive expertise in venture capital and consulting. Previously, Flusberg was a Venture Partner at Converge Venture Partners from 2009 to April 2022 and held significant leadership roles including President and CEO of Powerhouse Dynamics, which was acquired in 2019, as well as Co-Founder and President of Aclara Software. Flusberg founded Realink Systems Corp in 1995, focusing on real estate transaction technologies. Flusberg holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The City University of New York.
