Nada Kresic Razumic has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nada started their career as a Legal Advisor at VWN Almere in 2004. From there, they moved on to work as an HR Consultant at Ano Consultancy Amsterdam from August 2005 to December 2007. In 2008, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Human Resources Manager for the Benelux region before being promoted to Human Resources Director from April 2009 to December 2016.
In 2017, Nada joined LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company as the Regional Director HR for Europe. Nada held this role until June 2018. From July 2018 to the present, they have served as the VP of Human Resources EMEA and as the Acting CEO of LCC Italia S.R.L. from March 2018 to December 2021. In September 2021, they took on the position of General Manager - LCC Saudi Arabia (UK Branch).
Additionally, Nada joined Leadcom in January 2019 as the HR Head for the MEA region within the Tech Mahindra portfolio. Overall, Nada Kresic Razumic has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.
Nada Kresic Razumic's education history includes several degrees and certifications. From 2021 to 2023, Nada attended Selinus University and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Executive Management. In 2022, they also completed a Business Analytics Certificate program at Growth Tribe.
Additionally, Nada has pursued various fields of study and obtained certifications. Nada studied Nederlands Recht at Open Universiteit and Labor Law at Arbeitsrechter. Nada also completed a Master of Science (MSc) program in Human Resources Management at Swiss Management Center.
Nada holds two Master of Science (MSc) degrees: one in Business Economics - International Business from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu and another in Business Economics - Foreign Trade from the same institution.
Furthermore, Nada has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, and in 2013, they obtained the Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Nada has also completed various coaching certifications, including Advanced Coaching from Global NLP Training, Advanced NLP Communication from the Society of NLP, Motivational and Life Coach from Global NLP Training, NLP Master Practitioner from Global NLP Training, and Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach from Global NLP Training.
