Stanislava Marojevic has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. In 2010, they began working with AIESEC Serbia, initially as a Project President for Finance and later as an Organization Committee President. Stanislava also served as the Vice President of Incoming Exchange and Alumni Coordinator within the same organization. In 2012, they became the Local Committee President, taking on responsibilities related to strategic planning, legal compliance, tracking key performance indicators, and coordinating with other committees and the global AIESEC network.

In 2014, they interned at Delhaize Serbia, where they contributed to creating an attractive workplace and integrating employees into the company's values and culture. Stanislava then returned to AIESEC Serbia as the President, overseeing the committee's direction and ensuring its sustainability.

Starting in 2016, Stanislava Marojevic joined AIESEC, where they served as the Operations Manager for Europe, responsible for managing operations at the European level. Stanislava later worked at the European Youth Capital Novi Sad 2019 as an Assistant Program Coordinator and subsequently as a Program Associate. Here, they played a role in program management and coordination.

In 2021, they joined Pomilio Blumm as a Community Manager, contributing to community engagement and management. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Chief of Staff at LeadDelta.
