Maude Lemaire

Maude Lemaire is a Principal Engineer at GitHub since August 2024 and a member of the StaffPlus Advisory Board at LeadDev since August 2023. Previously, Maude served as a Senior Staff Engineer at Slack from October 2016 to August 2024, where Maude founded and led the backend performance infrastructure team, developing large-scale load test tooling used across product development teams. Maude's career began at Rent The Runway as a Software Engineer from June 2015 to September 2016. Maude holds a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours in Software Engineering and a Minor in Hispanic Linguistics from McGill University, graduating in 2015.
