Austin Milster

Austin Milster is an Operational Excellence Manager with Leadec in North America. Prior to this, Austin held positions as Continuous Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer at STERIS Instrument Management Services. Before that, Austin worked at Amerex Corporation as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Austin's earlier experience includes serving in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer, where Austin held various roles such as Ground Liaison Officer and Platoon Leader/Executive Officer. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University, and an Advanced High School Diploma from Hoover High School.
