Carsten Schultes is currently the Geschäftsführer und SVP Automation & Engineering at Leadec. Prior to this role, Carsten served as the Head of Business Line Equipment & General Manager at Oerlikon Metco. With a background in aerospace engineering, Carsten has held various leadership positions in companies like 3D ICOM GmbH & Co. KG, Zodiac Premium Galleys, GECI GmbH, and Fairchild Dornier GmbH. Carsten also worked as a Principal at Nexolab GmbH within the BMW Group. Carsten obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Aeronautik und Astronautik from the University of Stuttgart.
