Hennie Engela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sector. As the Managing Director of Lead EPC since July 2012, Hennie has successfully transformed the company from a focused Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation EPC into a multi-disciplined provider, expanding service offerings across various industries and establishing a robust client base throughout sub-Saharan Africa. Hennie's expertise also includes managing a sizeable multidisciplinary engineering staff as the Business Unit Manager at Kentz from 1999 to June 2012, overseeing all aspects of the company's EPC operations in the sub-Saharan Africa region.
