Joseph Safa

Joseph Safa has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Joseph began as a Pharmacy Manager at Community Pharmacy, where they supervised inventory management and successfully motivated and delegated tasks to their staff. Joseph then moved on to Al-Eman General Hospital as a Hospital Pharmacist, ensuring correct medication doses for inpatients and outpatients and utilizing HIS system applications for stock management. At Al Eman Hospital - O.R. Pharmacy - HaemoDialysis, Safa worked as a Senior Hospital Pharmacist, organizing medical lectures, providing patient education and counseling, and collaborating closely with medical staff. Safa briefly served as a Pharmacist in Charge at Planet Pharmacies LLC, overseeing day-to-day operations and responding to patient inquiries. Joseph'sextensive experience with medical simulation began at Leader Healthcare, where they held various roles, including Sales and Application Specialist and Sales Manager. During this time, Safa developed comprehensive knowledge of various simulators and conducted training sessions for healthcare professionals. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Leader Edutech.

Joseph Safa completed their education at the International Business School of Scandinavia from 2019 to 2021, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Assiut University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph Safa also obtained several certifications. Joseph completed courses in Managing Generation Z, Strategic Thinking, Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals, Being an Effective Team Member, and Project Management: Healthcare Projects, all from LinkedIn. Joseph also holds a certification in Heart-saver provider from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association and a DHA License Pharmacy from the Dubai Health Authority.
