Elizabeth McDowell serves as the Owner of Elizabeth McDowell Career Services and as a Talent and Development Partner at Leader Momentum, both roles beginning in December 2021. With experience as Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual and Organizational Development Manager at StructureTec Group, Elizabeth has developed expertise in recruitment processes, retention planning, and organizational culture transformation. Previously, during a 13-year tenure at Southridge Reformed Church, Elizabeth directed student ministries and contributed significantly to community engagement. Additionally, Elizabeth operated as an Independent Sales Consultant for THE PAMPERED CHEF, LTD., demonstrating strong skills in sales and customer relationship management. Elizabeth holds an Associate's degree in Youth Ministry from Taylor University.
