Janiece L. Williams

Janiece L. Williams, NOMA, serves as the Executive Director of LeaderFlow, a non-profit organization co-launched to enhance leadership opportunities for professionals of color in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Prior to this role, Janiece held positions as Client Services Manager & Consultant at Rooted Group and as a Board Member for the Southern California Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects, contributing to the chapter's growth and success over several years. Janiece's experience also includes serving as Director of Operations at HansonLA, where strategies were developed to improve employee experiences, and as Project Manager at KTGY Architecture + Planning, where efforts were made to launch a company-wide diversity and inclusion program. Janiece began career development as a Job Captain at HansonLA, leading design teams on various projects. Janiece holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University, earned in 2010.
