Holly R. has over 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. In 2010, they co-founded and led an 8-figure DTC eCommerce enterprise, Turnkey Merchandise Programs. Holly evangelized the business at C-Level, selling in and renewing all long-term Master Services Agreements with Fortune 500 and major non-profit clientele. Holly also served as President of imagine toys/imagine the challenge, a multichannel retailer selling children’s toys and gifts via direct to home catalog and online. From 2000-2010, they were the Vice President of Major Accounts at EPI Marketing Services, where they led management, vision, direction, and growth for major account group. In 2020, they became Vice President of Business Development at Turnkey Merchandise Programs, where they operated as Key Sales Evangelist, building awareness and securing long-term multi-million dollar SLAs with Brands. In 2021, they became an Adjunct Professor at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, leading senior level coursework in the field of retail management and ecommerce. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Sales and Client Services at Leaderpromos Marketing Agency.

Holly R. obtained their MBA from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 2010, with a field of study in Business. Holly also obtained a MAS certification from PPAI in January 2020.
