Anika Dugal is the Founder and CEO of Girls for Algorithmic Justice, a nonprofit focused on advocating for women's voices in artificial intelligence, addressing issues like algorithmic bias and gender disparities. Anika serves as both an Executive Director and an Alumni Advisory Board Member at Leaders Across the World, connecting youth to leadership programs globally. Additional roles include Civic Innovation Academy Fellow at Civics Unplugged, National Youth Advisory Board Member for Vote16USA, and member of Congressman Pallone's Youth Advisory Committee. Anika has represented New Jersey in the prestigious U.S. Senate Youth Program and engaged in various leadership initiatives, including the National Gun Violence Prevention Task Force with the High School Democrats of America. Anika has held significant positions in the Future Business Leaders of America, and has contributed to projects addressing community service and youth advocacy. Anika is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Public Policy at Duke University.
