Ron has extensive experience as a CFO and corporate director. He served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Euro-Nevada Mining Corporation Limited, and Chief Financial Officer of Newmont Mining Corp. of Canada Ltd. (formerly, Franco-Nevada Mining Corporation Ltd.) from 1989 to 2002.
Ron has held directorships at many companies including GMP Capital Inc. (formerly, GMP Capital Corp.), Loyalist Group Limited, Silk Road Resources Ltd. and Spectral Diagnostics Inc.
Ron has also lectured extensively for the B.C. Institute of Chartered Accountants and “Big Four” accounting firms. When not in the office you can find Ron on the golf course.
