Tihomir Bajic

Tihomir Bajić is a seasoned technology and investment professional, currently serving as Managing Partner at X&, where the focus is on empowering visionary entrepreneurs. As Co-Founder and General Partner of Fifth Quarter Ventures, Tihomir emphasizes early-stage investments in startups from the Western Balkans. Tihomir's advisory role at Long-Term Stock Exchange includes the position of CEO at LTSE Software and former VP of Engineering. As a founding team member of the Open Cap Table Coalition, Tihomir advocates for enhanced startup cap table data interoperability. Tihomir also founded Serbian Entrepreneurs, a global network aimed at supporting the Serbian startup ecosystem, and previously held leadership roles at Village Global, Nitro, and Rypple, among others.
