Jonathan Bennett

Jonathan Bennett is an experienced lettings and property manager currently serving at Leaders Ltd since January 2017, overseeing a portfolio of over one hundred tenanted properties while ensuring compliance with government legislation and industry standards. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Inventory Officer at Bignall & Leeson Inventories, managing appointments and producing detailed property inventories across South London, Surrey, and West Sussex. Additionally, Jonathan contributed to the transformation of East Surrey College from a vocational institution into a modern Further Education College, leading a team of Premises Officers and Workshop Technicians from May 2009 to August 2016. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physical Geography from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 2004 and 2007.
