Anisha Saraf

Anisha is a Director with Leaders’ Quest, leading the India office. She also heads the People & Operations track of their collaborative initiative Count Us In, and designs and delivers leadership development programs with clients. She studied Marketing and Strategy at Singapore Management University and completed her MBA at the Indian School of Business. Before LQ, she worked with the Adidas Group and Faber-Castell in marketing and product capacities. It was through her work in corporates and promoting art and education in schools that she realized her passion for aligning profit with purpose. She aspires to have a positive impact in areas of leadership, mental health, and the climate crisis.
