Jonny Wates

Jonny is an Associate based in London. An active social entrepreneur – and fourth-generation owner of building firm Wates – Jonny has worked in brand management and corporate strategy, and founded a renewable energy services business. Since 2008, he has served as a director on the Wates Group board, is chair of the Board Sustainability Committee, and champions social and environmental regeneration. He’s committed to mitigating the impact of climate change and biodiversity loss on humanity and planet earth, and loves restoring degraded land to social, environmental, and economic productivity. Jonny has an MA in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
