Marian Goodman

Marian is an Associate based in Cape Town. She is a leadership consultant and coach to corporations, non-profits, and governments, with keen interest in systems change. Marian is also Senior Faculty at the Presencing Institute at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), delivering programmes based on Theory U throughout the world. She leads Innovation Labs and Transformational Leadership programmes for global institutions like the UN, plus a range of private and public sector clients. She is a multilingual qualified executive coach, and loves coming home to Africa from her travels. Marian holds a post-graduate degree from the University of Cape Town.
