Robert Metcalfe

Max is an Associate based in Mexico. Prior to spending 10 years as an LQ Partner, Max held corporate roles, including with IKEA in South Asia, where he had responsibility for business, social, and environmental supply chain issues. A Canadian, Max built a track record of combining purpose and profit in daily business while serving all stakeholders. Helping others to develop self-awareness, cultivate their leadership skills, and develop a broader world view has always been a central part of Max’s approach to life. From his new base, he is enjoying reading and writing, and walking his dog on the beach.
