Melanie Katzman

Melanie is a Leaders’ Quest Partner based in New York. She focuses on the science of human connections and the pivotal inflection points where institutions and individuals either coalesce or collide. Melanie leads programmes that deepen trust and spark innovative thinking. As the head of Katzman Consulting, she provides C-Suite guidance to companies, educational organisations, governmental agencies, and non-profits. A best-selling author and past host of SiriusXM Radio’s “Women@Work,” Melanie has a PhD in Psychology and has been on the faculty at the Weill Cornell Medical School and Wharton Business School. In addition to consulting, writing, and national speaking engagements, she has a clinical psychology practice counseling individuals on ways to advance their leadership — and lives.
