Andrea Clarke, MBA, CIMA AD DIP MA, currently serves as the Head of Statutory Reporting, Tax and Treasury at Leaders Romans Group since April 2023, also fulfilling the role of Interim Head for the same departments. Previously, Andrea held the position of Group Finance Director at Cubitt Trade Holdings from August 2021 to February 2023 before departing due to personal circumstances. Additional experience includes serving as Finance and Strategic Director at Pulse Cashflow Finance Limited, Head of Finance at CTS-Logistics, and Bursar at Salisbury Cathedral School, among other roles. Andrea founded Andrea Clarke Accountancy Services and has a strong educational background with an MBA focused on Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of London and a CIMA AD DIP MA in Accounting and Finance.
