Donna Wright FARLA has over three decades of experience in the property management sector, currently serving as Head of Quality and Customer Care at Leaders Romans Group since January 1990. In this role, Donna oversees the Quality Assurance and Customer Relations Teams, managing complaint procedures and providing legal guidance to lettings teams. Prior to this, Donna held the position of Technical and Compliance Officer at Leaders Ltd from April 2011 to March 2017, delivering internal legal training across various levels. Earlier in the career, Donna was a Senior Branch Manager at Leaders Ltd, responsible for managing and developing residential letting teams and overseeing multiple branches. Donna's early experience includes working as a Personnel Assistant at Ciba Geigy Pharmaceuticals. Education was completed at Millais School from 1980 to 1985.
