Heather Firth serves as the Finance Manager at Leaders Romans Group since September 2021, previously holding the same title at Bioenergy Infrastructure Group from June 2016 to August 2021. Heather's extensive experience in finance includes roles such as Finance Analyst and Rent & Service Charge Manager at Sovereign Housing Association, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Financial Income Team and stakeholder management. Earlier positions include Executive Assistant at CapQuest Limited, managing project support and executive communications, and various finance-focused roles at Capquest Group Ltd., where management of the finance team and accounting processes were pivotal. Heather began their career as an Accounts Assistant at Novartis and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting and Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University.
