Kiersty Sims is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing functions across multiple companies. Currently serving as Group Marketing Director and Head of Marketing at Leaders Romans Group since May 2018, Kiersty plays a pivotal role in coordinating marketing strategies and enhancing team performance across a diverse geographical footprint. Previously, Kiersty held various positions at Romans from 2007 to May 2018, including Head of Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed brand growth, team mentorship, and performance improvement. Beginning the career as a Senior Marketing Executive at Romans and progressing through various roles, including Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager, Kiersty established a strong foundation in marketing management. Earlier experience includes marketing roles at GMAC RFC and Greenoaks Mercedes-Benz. Kiersty holds a Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA (hons) in Interior Design from The University of Huddersfield.
