Alexandra Kleindessner

As a leader, Alexandra is at home in two worlds: with corporates and start-ups. Before founding Leaders21, she worked as VP of organizational development for a young prop-tech company, but her roots lie in process and product management. As part of the Executive Management Board, she was previously Brand Manager for a multinational retail organization and led a diverse team. The multitasking talent rarely loses track and also likes to lend a hand. Solution-oriented thinking suits her just as much as organizing Leaders21 parties. Learning by doing is her thing, which is an advantage in the fast-moving world of online marketing.
