Franz is passionate about digital innovation. He is part of the team because he enjoys working together on something big. Before Leaders21, Franz worked for a traditional shoemaking company, where he was responsible for improving the webshop and website in terms of usability and conversion. His experience ranges from software engineering to photography and videography and he likes to deal with new technologies such as Linux and Co. Don't be fooled by his calm personality: Franz is curious and likes to challenge the status quo. He is interested in all areas of IT, but he is an expert above all in programming and media.
