Tom's passion is rethinking leadership and helping people develop 21st Century Skills - the skills he believes are necessary to successfully meet today's challenges. And that's exactly why he founded Leaders21 - to shape the (future) world of work with the help of innovative products and solutions for the personal development of leaders and employees. Tom was part of the runtastic executive management team and can look back on many years of experience in the areas of HR and organizational development, but also in digital product development. In addition, Tom worked for a long time as a management consultant and lecturer at various universities.
