Mike Cornwell

Mike Cornwell is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic leadership, software engineering, and cloud technology. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Leadership 4 Tech, Mike assists technology leaders in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Agency sectors. As the founder of Sanctuary Leadership, Mike advocates for influential leadership practices. Previous roles include Lead Technologist at Monolith Systems and Technology, Team Lead and Cloud Software Architect at SOFtact Solutions, and Software Lead for Lockheed Martin Space. Mike's entrepreneurial ventures include founding Dixie Fruits and Open Fruit, initiatives focused on fruit tree production and software solutions for agriculture. An author of "Influence and Leadership," Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Military and Strategic Leadership at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
