Leadership Advisor Group is on a mission to make the world better led.

Together with our clients, we set the standard and continuously raise the bar for effective board practice and top team performance for companies and foundations.

Since our inception in 2015, we have partnered with over 3.000 non-executives and CEOs.

We deliver customized leadership advisory services to boards and senior executives of listed companies worldwide, with the goal of helping them become top performers.

We help improve board and top team performance by addressing processes, governance, composition, and team dynamics, as well as by identifying and developing the key strengths of individual leaders.

Our core services are:
- Board evaluation
- Board advisory
- CEO-succession
- Leadership assessment
- Top team effectiveness
- On-boarding

We also provide tailor-made research and non-executive search, as long as it does not create a conflict of interest. Confidentiality is at the heart of our operations.

We serve as a trusted sounding partner for the Chairman or the CEO to discuss highly confidential and stock exchange-sensitive matters when they have no one else to turn to.

Our expertise extends to new CEOs as well as those with long-standing tenure seeking to refine their top leadership teams. We meticulously assess these teams against the competencies and experiences necessary to execute the company's strategic vision. Subsequently, we offer recommendations on how to structure and lead the team to ensure success. Moreover, we propose processes and norms to enhance the top team’s overall effectiveness.

We facilitate board self-evaluations for both existing clients and new, using our proven questionnaires and self-explanatory reports generated by our user-friendly OnlineBoardEvaluation platform.

We look forward to helping your company continuously improve its leadership!
