Carlisle Lipke

Carlisle Lipke is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Graduate and Class Chair and Program, Events and Alumni Manager at Leadership Buffalo since January 2020, Carlisle has also held the position of Director for the Kenny Awards since May 2007, overseeing high school performing arts awards across multiple counties. Previous roles include Client Relationship Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training of Western NY, Loaned Executive at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, and Sponsor Director for the Buffalo International Horse Show. In addition, Carlisle contributed to the Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center as Volunteer Coordinator and Events Manager. Educational achievements include leadership and management certifications from Dale Carnegie Training and Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English from Canisius University.
