Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Buffalo, Morgan is also the President/CEO of MWB Ignites, a consulting firm. Past positions include Chief Impact Officer at Girl Scouts of WNY, Deputy Commissioner-Youth Services at Erie County, and Director-Youth Services Department at Community Action Organization. With a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from Buffalo State University, Morgan has a solid educational background to support their career journey.
