Leonid Frolov

Leonid Frolov, CPCC, PCC, is an accomplished professional in coaching and training, currently serving as a Faculty Member at ACT Leadership since January 2018 and as an Associate Partner at Leadership Choices since January 2022. With extensive experience as a coach, Frolov holds positions such as Associate Trainer and Coach at Nine Sapiens Institute and Teaching Faculty at House of Infinity and Nine Sapiens. Additionally, Frolov has contributed to the Coaches Training Institute as a faculty member since 2012, leading certification programs and offering supervision to students. Prior experience includes serving as a simultaneous and consecutive interpreter/translator in the air and space industry and in various sectors as a freelance interpreter. Frolov holds degrees in Linguistics from Saint Petersburg State University and Geology from the National Mineral Resources University, along with multiple certifications in co-active leadership and coaching from reputable training institutes.
