Michael Crosby

Michael Crosby's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Leadership Connect since 2017, where they transformed the company into a high-growth tech company. Michael has also worked as an Investor at Champlain Place, LLC since 2004 and as a Senior Advisor at CoinDesk from May 2017 to September 2017. In addition, they served as an Advisor at Equilar from February 2017 to April 2017. Prior to these roles, Crosby held the position of President at BoardEx from September 2014 to October 2016. Michael also worked as President at The Deal from December 2007 to October 2016, leading the transformation of the company into a profitable technology and data company. Before that, they founded and managed the Hedge Fund sales team at Thomson Reuters as the Managing Director from February 2005 to November 2007. Crosby also has experience as a Vice President Global Sales at CBS MarketWatch from July 2000 to January 2005 and as a Vice President Investment Banking at Cross Border Private Capital in 2002. Michael began their career as a Product Director at AT&T Solutions from March 1999 to July 2000.

Michael Crosby earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Dalhousie University in 1992. Michael further pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at the same university from 1992 to 1994.
