Robin Kwon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Gymnastics Instructor at Virginia Tech Recreational Sports and as a Gymnastics Coach at Lynchburg Academy of Gymnastics and Power Tumbling. In 2011, they became a Student Manager at Southwestern Advantage, where they started their own business selling educational products.

In 2014, Robin worked as an Account Executive at memoryBlue, supporting technology companies in building business relationships. They then briefly worked as an Associate Competitive Intelligence Maven at TrackMaven, providing marketing insights and driving strategic efforts.

Moving on, Robin joined LivingSocial in 2015 as an Inside Sales Associate for LivingSocial Escapes, setting up travel packages and working with merchants in various states and Canadian territories. They later transitioned to the FLEX Renewals sales team, setting up deals for merchants in different industries. During their time at LivingSocial, they received the Employee of the Month award in January 2016.

In 2017, Robin became a Fundraising Sales Consultant at Network for Good, empowering nonprofits to raise funds for their missions. They then joined Leadership Connect in 2018 as a Client Success Manager, working with clients in the tech, nonprofit/association, and executive search firm sectors. They were promoted to Director of Client Success in November 2021.

Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated their ability to build relationships, deliver results, and contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Robin Kwon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech between 2009 and 2013.
