Shai Tzach

Shai Tzach has over two decades of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Leadership Connect since September 2001. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly accounting close, budget preparation, financial reporting, payroll supervision, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and management of pension and benefits plans. Prior to this role, Shai held the position of Controller at Gamma Telecom International Inc. from June 1999 to August 2001, progressing from staff accountant in a rapidly growing telecom startup. Earlier experience includes a role in Cargo Security at El Al Israel Airlines from 1995 to 1999. Shai holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Baruch College.
