At Leadership Current, I help private equity-backed CEOs, Operating Partners, and executive teams lead with clarity—so their success isn’t just measurable, it’s meaningful.

This is coaching and advisory work for people already in high-stakes seats.
But success has shifted. The scoreboard isn’t enough anymore.
They’re asking: Who am I now? What really matters? And how do I lead from that place?

I’ve been on both sides of the table - P&L leader, 5x PE-backed board member, $450B+ AUM Operating Partner. I know what it takes to win in this world. And what it costs when leadership gets out of alignment.

That’s why I founded Leadership Current.
It’s not fluffy. It’s not woo-woo.
It’s grounded, strategic, and deeply personal.

We partner with leaders at key inflection points—post-exit, pre-close, or mid-cycle—to help them:
• Reconnect to values that scale trust
• Build intuition that accelerates decision-making
• Grow influence across complex stakeholder relationships
• Navigate risk with both rigor and instinct

Our proprietary tools make it practical:
• The Purpose Value Creation Plan™ helps leaders assess their personal alignment and design a roadmap for purpose-driven performance.
• The Intuition Accelerant™ turns experience into a competitive edge - by simplifying complex decisions through instuition and risk fluency.

When alignment increases, so does momentum. So does retention. So does value.

If you’re in the seat - or about to step into one - and want your leadership to move with power and purpose, let’s talk.
