Cindy Weingartner, PCC, ELI-MP, serves as President and Executive Coach at Success Dimensions since April 2012, specializing in developing emotional intelligence and leadership skills for professionals across various organizational levels. Cindy also holds a position as Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Leadership Excelleration, and contributes to the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's WE Lead program aimed at empowering women leaders. Additionally, Cindy has experience in leadership training design and project management through a role at Accelerated Leadership Group. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, where Cindy was recognized as an award-winning sales professional and played a key role in developing a sales reporting tool. Educational qualifications include a BBA from Ohio University and certifications in professional coaching from iPEC Coaching.
