In 2012, they pursued an Associate's degree in Health Information Management from the same institution, completing it in 2014. Joelle then continued their education at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College from 2015 to 2018, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Science and Mathematics with Teacher Preparation. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a certification as a CHTS Implementation Support Specialist from AHIMA.
