Sheri Leo

Sheri Leo is currently the Vice President of Talent, Learning, & Culture at Leadership for Educational Equity. Prior to this role, Sheri served as the Chief Talent Officer at UP Education Network, where Sheri led human capital strategy at a network of in-district turnaround schools. With a background in education policy and experience working with various school districts and organizations, Sheri has developed evaluation tools, managed teacher effectiveness initiatives, and presented on teacher evaluation and professional learning at regional and national conferences. Sheri is a highly experienced professional with a strong foundation in education and talent management.
