Welcome!

Leadership Insight enables you to take leadership development to a new level of sophistication. One that works for you in challenging circumstances.

The Profile shows the interplay between instinctive emotional responses, the actions you take, & the reactions you elicit in others.

It clarifies how certain actions arise, your coping mechanisms & capability for self-leadership & leadership of others. The consultation explores how past or complex experience affects present action. The aim is to go from insight into aware action, what drives you & makes you good at what you do – or blocks and hinders.

If you are a leader looking for new levels of awareness & performance in your role, then this may well be your next step as it is:

• Designed for leaders & potential leaders in complex organisations,
    partnerships & professions
• A personalised analysis providing a Personal & a Work Report on your
patterns of engagement, principles & behaviours
• Personal consultation with an accredited experienced consultant
• An enduring self-evaluation for your further development

It can be used alongside psychometric tests, 360° feedback, wider leadership & team development. The instrument has been thoroughly researched for internal consistency, cross-cultural integrity across a diversity of cultures & races & used successfully in the USA, Central Europe, South Africa, Denmark, France, Netherlands & UK.
