Dena Espenscheid

Dena Espenscheid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in political campaigns, grassroots organization, and training initiatives. Current roles include Senior Director of Coalitions and Director of Pro-Life Trainings at The Leadership Institute, where Dena has developed training programs and coordinated over 225 trainings nationwide, reaching over 15,000 students. Prior experience includes serving as Virginia Field Director for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., where Dena significantly increased primary turnout and managed volunteer efforts. Dena has also worked as a lobbyist, project director, and volunteer coordinator in various organizations, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with conservative leaders and mobilize grassroots efforts. Dena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Speech Communications from Thomas More University.
