Helen Overfield

Helen Overfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and design. As the Owner/Designer of Hats Off by Helen since February 2014, Helen creates unique, elegant hats and fascinators for various events. Additionally, since 2010, Helen has contributed as a Connector for Leadership Louisville, enhancing community engagement. Prior roles include Executive Director for both The ALS Association and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Kentucky/Indiana chapter, where Helen established frameworks for new initiatives and strategic plans. Helen also served as Director at the American Diabetes Association and Executive Director at the National Association of Women Business Owners. Early career experience includes a consultant contract for YMCA Metro and Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft. Helen holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in relevant fields.
